SOUNPROOFING MATERIALS

ALLMOCELL
It is a multilayer compound that combines expanded polyurethane sound absorbing properties with soundproofing characteristics of one or more thin lead plates.
ALLMOCELL/P is a complete acoustic product with high attenuation power. In standard version, it is composed of a first basic layer of 6 mm. thick ALLMOFON, a 3 Kg./mq. lead plate, to which a 6, 13, 19, 25 mm. thick ALLMOFON layer is added. Lead can be replaced by any other soundproofing material. Special compositions comprehend more lead plates with different ALLMOFON layers.

FINISHINGS

ALLMOCELL/PB
On the top surface of polyurethane we added with a fusion process a special film of white polyurethane with good coverage and fixing properties to substratum characteristics.
The film elasticity allows to get a hardly lacerable surface with low cut propagation and it avoids water and oil squirts impregnation.

ALLMOCELL/PV e ALLMOCELL/PVF
In this product the surface is covered with a special vinil fabric that has a strong anchorage to polyurethane and warrants a long life and a pleasant esthetical appearance.
Type ALLMOCELL/PV has a smooth surface and type ALLMOCELL/PVF has a punch surface.

ALLMOCELL/PDM
In ALLMOCELL/PDM the surface is protected by a thin hi-density polyethylene foam stratum, finished with a negative square knurl and a metallized surface.
The negative knurl of the surface increases the soundproofing capacity of the product.

ALLMOQ

This material has been designed in order to increase floors, rugs, pipelines, and interwalls acoustic isolation with minimum thickness. It can be applied under moquettes, carpets, tiles, linoleum and wood coverings. In the standard version, it has a sandwich structure, composed of a 4 Kg./mq. central lead plate, covered on both sides with a closedceli, thin, high density expanded foam, acting as antistomping and elastic support for the plate. ALLMOQ can also come with a walkable rubber carpet.

QUASH

QUASH* is a strong, resilient, self-supporting, closed cell, low density polyethylene based sound quality foam that provides a new alternative to classical porous or open cell sound absorption materials.
Due to its very low water absorption, QUASH* keeps the acoustical performance almost unaltered even in very humid conditions (R.H.> 95%) and does not cause corrosion. RINA certified.
