SOUND ABSORBING MATERIALS
ALLMOFON
is a type of polyester-polyurethane foam that presents a uniform cellular structure, elastic, with communicating cells of regular dimensions. These properties confer it elevated soundproofing characteristics. Particular additives allow to make the product resistant to the flame according to different classes of autoextinguishing capacity and response to the fire. The flexibility, the lightness, the resistance to the vibrations without flake off, have spread the employment in different productive sectors.
ALLMOFON/B
To widen the fields of use of ALLMOFON, we added to the fusion process a special film of polyurethane with good coverage and fixing properties to substratum characteristics. Film elasticity allows to get a hardly lacerable surface with low cut propagation and it avoids water and oil squirts impregnation. The bright film finds proper applications in dark sorroundings.

ALLMOFON/BZ
The ALLMOFON/BZ has been obtained from a particular superficial treatment of the polyurethane foam ALLMOFON. The relief semispheric imprint exalt the caracteristics of soundproofing in the middle bands of frequency. We added in fusion process a special film of polyurethane as ALLMOFON IB, the exclusive relief imprint confers good aestetical apparance to the pieces. The micromelted surface is thickened, more resistant to rubbing and less permeable to dust.

ALLMOFON/VTR
The polyurethane ALLMOFON, joined with a thin metallized fiberglass cloth, composes this product. It can be used in applications characterized by heat proximity. The metallized surface reflects irradiation heat and preserves the underlying foam from deterioration. Film impermeability and chemical resistance to different compounds widen its possibility of use. The fireproof bright metallic surface lights up the sorroudings in which it is applied; and, therefore, allows an easier maintenance and a better operational safety.
